All changes and additions to the request must be done in writing from. In the event of a decrease in the number of participants in less than 3 days, the Hotel will proceed from the number of guests confirmed in 3 days. In the event of an increase in the declared number of participants, the staff of the Hotel will make every effort to cater for the greater number of guests. In the case of impossibility of increasing the number of participants, the representative of the Hotel is obliged to inform the Customer about this.
Equipment: In the case of using our own equipment, as well as placing our own products on the hotel's territory, the Customer provides a list of the contributions made, as well as the name of the person responsible for the contributions made. The hotel is responsible for the safety of the property in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Responsibility: The customer is liable for any damage caused to the property of the hotel by him, his guests, guests or anyone present at the event, in the rented premises or in the hotel. The responsible officer together with the representative of the Hotel checks all the equipment and the hall prior to the event and upon its completion.
